🌿✨ “Continuity is the Power of Progress.”
At the end of September, I had the privilege to join P’Ace Chanvit Aneksamphant in visiting and paying respect to Dr. Opas Karnkawinpong, former Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Public Health, on the occasion of his retirement.
It was a meaningful opportunity to exchange views on Thailand’s public health development and to update the progress of the GPO Ignite Program — a remarkable initiative that our team at DURIAN CORPORATION Co., Ltd. (DURIAN) co-created with the Government Pharmaceutical Organization (GPO) over the past three years under the Ministry of Public Health.
This program has become a model for “public sector innovation,” nurturing a new generation of changemakers inside GPO through a structured innovation ecosystem that can sustain and evolve over time.Our role, as always, was to help design, build, and empower — so that the organization can carry it forward effectively with its own strength and partnerships.
Before we left, Dr. Opas graciously presented me with a sacred Phra Somdej Phra Yannasangwon (the late Supreme Patriarch, Wat Bowonniwet Vihara) and a book titled “Overcoming the Health System Crisis: Transitioning to a Sustainable Future.”Reading it, I felt inspired by the vision and dedication that continue to drive Thailand’s healthcare transformation.
And I truly believe that under the leadership of Minister Pattana Pompattana, this new generation of the Ministry will bring innovation, inclusiveness, and efficiency to public health policy in ways that benefit all.
With gratitude to P’Ace for this special opportunity —and my deepest respect to Dr. Opas, a true “public servant of transformation.”
🌿✨ “ความต่อเนื่อง คือพลังของการพัฒนา”
เมื่อปลายเดือนกันยายนที่ผ่านมาผมมีโอกาสตามพี่เอท ชาญวิทย์ เอนกสัมพันธ์ ไปเยี่ยมคารวะนพ.โอภาส การย์กวินพงศ์ อดีตปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุขในวาระที่ท่านเกษียณอายุราชการ
ระหว่างการสนทนา ได้แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเรื่อง “การพัฒนาระบบสุขภาพของประเทศ”
และอัปเดตความคืบหน้าโครงการดีๆ อย่าง GPO Ignite Programโครงการที่พวกเราชาว DURIAN มีโอกาสร่วมขับเคลื่อนกับ องค์การเภสัชกรรม (GPO)ตลอด 3 ปีที่ผ่านมา ในฐานะองค์กรภายใต้กระทรวงสาธารณสุข
โครงการนี้ถือเป็น “ต้นแบบของการสร้างนวัตกรรมภาครัฐ”ที่เราได้ร่วมออกแบบระบบนิเวศแห่งการเรียนรู้เชื่อมโยงคนรุ่นใหม่ในองค์การให้สามารถขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมต่อได้อย่างยั่งยืนก่อนจะส่งไม้ต่อให้ GPO เดินหน้าร่วมกับพันธมิตรต่อไปในอนาคต
สิ่งที่ผมภูมิใจเสมอในฐานะทีม DURIAN คือเรามักเป็น “ทีมบุกเบิก / เริ่มต้น” ที่สร้างระบบและโครงสร้างความรู้ให้เกิดขึ้นจริงก่อนส่งต่อให้หน่วยงานนั้นๆ สามารถดูแลและต่อยอดได้ด้วยตนเองนี่คือพลังของการ “สร้างสิ่งใหม่ที่มีวันเติบโตต่อ”
ก่อนกลับ ท่านปลัดโอภาสได้มอบพระสมเด็จพระญาณสังวร สมเด็จพระสังฆราช สกลมหาสังฆปริณายก วัดบวรนิเวศวิหารพร้อมหนังสือ “ฝ่าวิกฤตระบบสุขภาพ เปลี่ยนผ่านสู่อนาคตที่ยั่งยืน”เป็นของที่ระลึกแห่งมิตรภาพและแรงบันดาลใจซึ่งเมื่อได้อ่านแล้ว ยิ่งรู้สึกถึง “หัวใจของระบบสาธารณสุขไทย”ที่พร้อมเดินหน้าสู่อนาคตด้วยวิสัยทัศน์และความร่วมมือ
และผมเชื่อว่า ภายใต้การนำของรัฐมนตรีรุ่นใหม่อย่าง คุณพัฒนา พร้อมพัฒน์ กระทรวงสาธารณสุขจะสามารถสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงระบบได้อย่างงดงามทั้งในเชิงนโยบาย นวัตกรรม และการมีส่วนร่วมของทุกภาคส่วน
ขอขอบคุณพี่เอทสำหรับโอกาสดีๆและขอแสดงความเคารพอย่างสูงต่อท่านปลัดโอภาสผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่างของ “ข้าราชการนักพัฒนา” อย่างแท้จริงครับ
